At first a passer thought that this was a pile of trash but when he looked closely he was shocked. It’s not surprising to see an unwanted animal on the streets but this was heartbreaking. But there are some people that care about a helpless animal.
The Quebec Society for the Protection of Animals, a group from Canada, found the dog you see below on the streets. He was so dirty and his fur was so matted, he could barely be recognized as an animal.
More than 50% of his size here was due to the fur.
Afterwards, he was a completely different animal.
Finally he was cleaned and happy!
